How Bannerlord Native League handles personal data. Last updated 5 October 2026.
01
Bannerlord Native League (the league organisers) decides what data is collected and why, and is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679). This site is hosted on a server in the European Union. You can reach us for any privacy question using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
02
We keep only what is needed to run a league:
We do not collect your date of birth, home address, real name or payment card details.
03
We use this data to organise the league: rosters, fixtures, standings and statistics, to verify who is playing, to apply rules and bans fairly, to give supporters the perks they signed up for, and to keep the site secure.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the league (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), and, for account sign-in and supporter perks, performing what you asked for (art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
04
Player pages show your nickname, Steam avatar, team, statistics and a link to your public Steam profile. The Banned Players page shows the nickname, ban type and dates only, never the reason. The supporter leaderboard shows a display name, tier and estimated amount. Everything else stays with league staff.
If you want to be removed or hidden from any public page, ask us and we will do it.

07
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, give you a copy, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest (GDPR arts. 15 to 21). We answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the EU you can find yours through the European Data Protection Board website.
08
If we change how we use data we will update this page and its date.
